Currently, people have been criticising and blaming the immediate past government in Kwara state for the death of four people who passed away through a collapsed bridge in Oko-Erin community, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Many of them claims they will never forgive the past government for the atrocities done in Kwara during their own time and the low quality of infrastructural project done in Kwara during the course of their governance.

Part of the projects which was done in Kwara during the past government is the bridge which its collapse led to the death of about four people.

Kwara State is situated in the north central part of nigeria, it is predominated by Yoruba people while there are other languages like Fulani, nupe and Hausa in the state.

For the past 12years, Kwara state has been governed by People Democracy Party (PDP). People believed the party were not meeting their expectations, so they staged an ‘otoge’ revolution during 2019 election. This revolution however birthed the present government.

Earlier today, Sahara reporter reports the death of these people in Oko-Erin community Ilorin Kwara State. However, the people of the community has called on the government to intervene immediately.
