In our daily activities, there are many thing that cause harm to our body that we never know. Most of them are things that we do to feel happy or to make life more easier.

Today, I’ll tell you about our own activities that are gradually spoiling our eyes.

These days, technology has advanced that, most of the things we do depends on machines. For instance, to find information easily, the only thing you use is computer. Which is yor phone or any other.

These devices contain light in them. The light in then is what I’m talking about right now. Did you know that staring at light for some period can affect your eyes?

Using your phone these ways can spoil you eyes;

1. When using your phone in a dark place, the light in it becomes more stronger so that it con overcome the heavy darkness. If you keep staring at it for a long time, it will affect your eyes. To reduce the risk of eye damage, you must reduce the back-light of your phone when in dark place.

2. Another way that your phone can spoil your eyes is that;

When you keep using it in the night when your feel sleepy. When you feel sleepy, put your phone down and sleep. Otherwise, you will feel pains in your eyes in the morning and subsequent days.

3. Television. Watching television in the night when you feel like sleeping can cause pains and disorder in your eyes.

4. Welding. When welding metals, there is a light that comes out of it. This light is very strong to the eyes. Staring at this without using any proper goggles can cause a big harm to your eyes.

So each and everyone reading this should be aware of these things and find appropriate means to reduces the risks of losing your eyes.

To avoid this, you must reduce the light in your phone when using it in a dark place.
