King Gushi, Aramide Going Strong At 17th Anniversary

Many are still wondering what keeps their marriage intact, but what they don’t know is that the two are like 5 and 6. Back in their university days as undergraduates, crown Prince Saheed and charming Sekinat were best of lovers, which eventually culminated in blissful matrimony, with beautiful kids to show for it. Even with many stories flying around from different quarters, the royal couple are still man and wife, 17 years running, getting set to mark two decades of unblemished marital union. Though the goodness of any man is always noticed when he is celebrating a milestone, and to be successfully married

for years is not an ordinary achievement; in this age of broken marriages among celebrities.

But like Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi, Kusenla III, the Elegushi of Ikateland, and his beautiful, stylish and drop-dead gorgeous wife, Olori Sekinat Aramide (nee Ipaye), it’s been 17 years since Nigeria’s most effervescent monarch, Oba ‘Gushi got married to his wife and the couple claims that they had never been happier with the effect journeyed from adolescence through adulthood. In the magical and very exclusive circuit of their love, every happenstance has been a wonderful experience. In many ways, the Oba Gushi’s love could indeed be likened to a tree; and that is because nothing could be more representative of their love than a beautiful, strong tree. Seventeen years down the line, the bond keeps waxing stronger and the couple seems determined to maintain that tempo of love. The union is blessed with three lovely children.
